Waterside Park is a combination of land owned by individual freeholders with static caravans and partly owned by a Leisure business currently Park Resorts Ltd who also act as a management business for the whole of the park to maintain the roads, refuse collection, water supply and other helpful elements.
The privately owned freeholders plots are spread across the whole park. Have a look at some of our homes in our pictures. Some of the freehold plots display a yellow sign to show they are Private Plot Owners.
The Freeholders have no direct contract with The Leisure Company which is currently Park Resorts Limited but instead each freehold plot owner on Waterside Park has its own Caravan Park licence or an establish use certificate and therefore each plot owners abides by the rules of their caravan site licence issued by the local council or their establish use certificate.
The overnight occupancy period runs for upto nine months of the year from March 1st to the end of November.
We are a small community of people who enjoy the countryside by the sea with an interest in independant living.
